Compared to The Hating Game and my earlier recommendations, this one is more emotionally intense.
In terms of tone and mood, this one is least like The Hating Game. The reason why I rank it so high is because of the enemies-to-lovers trope there are only four of those on the list. Ah, I just love it when they pretend to not want each other. This novella is part of a series Maybe 1. I almost love it.
